When can I pickup my order?
Select a pickup day that's best for you between Sunday, December 21st and Wednesday December 24th. You'll also be asked to select your preferred pick up time slot.
When is my last chance to place a pre-order?
Pre-orders for the holidays will close on Friday, December 19th at 12:00pm
Where do I pick up my order?
When you come in the cafe, you can find your pre-order on the shelves to your right, by the pick up counter and across from the freezers.
How long will my bread be good for?
If you're ordering baguettes or rolls, we recommend selecting a pick up window as close to when you plan to enjoy them as possible. However, most of our breads can be revived after just a few minutes in the oven.
What if I miss my pickup window?
When you select a pick up window, it helps us plan for the busy day, ensuring we have your order packed up and bagged for you when you arrive. We ask that you try not to arrive earlier than your selected pickup window. If you arrive after your indicated pickup time, you'll still be able to pick up your order. Just make sure you arrive before we close!
